Requirements disciplines distinguish what a system must accomplish from the architecture selected to accomplish it.

Demand, capacity, queues, variability, uncertainty, resource allocation and staged commitments are directly relevant to expansion and adjustment decisions.
Human factors & work as performed
Adaptation, variability, workarounds and differences between prescribed work and work as actually performed may overlap substantially with CCI's less-visible-work questions.
